Junior Staff Position

Jesus is the perfect example—a person with a servant heart. By taking on the likeness and attitude of Jesus, each staff member will find themselves looking out for the needs and interests of the campers. But remember, the sacrifice you make is a small price to pay for the results: incredible relationships, profound memories, deep conversations, and treasures in heaven. And perhaps, campers brought from darkness to light. When we become more like Jesus, the campers will be drawn to the Savior.

Working together as a team is essential. One goal of the program is to develop leaders. We must pursue teens that seek to glorify God through service. We can accept only a limited number of applications for service at each camp.

Three leadership positions are available for area teens through Daybreak Camp’s summer staffing program. The Cabin Leader in Training (CIT) and Opportunity to Serve (OTS) program began several years ago. Many teens have served the campers at Daybreak through these opportunities.
