Registrations are on a “first-come, first serve” basis. Please complete one registration form for each camper, make a copy of the front and back of your insurance card and send them with the FULL payment to Daybreak Camp. Only space available will be filled after the deadline dates.  All checks should be made out to Daybreak Camp. Registration deadline is May 31, 2007. NO refunds after May 31, 2007
